In the sea of endless roguelites, only once in a blue moon does one find a truly unique experience. Peglin and Balatro are two that come to mind, and I am thrilled to say you can add Dungeon Clawer to that list. Fantastic and intuitive gameplay, great art style, banger soundtrack (need more variety, but what's there is good), and plenty of content makes this a no-brainer for five bucks. Controls on mobile are the only drawback versus the PC version, not that they are bad, just not as good.

The game is a fun take on the "deckbuilder" roguelite genre. I recommend it for the price. I however found it to be a bit too shallow and simple. There are a few easy to figure out strategies that are busted and that you can get consistently. There is also not much reason to show restraint and not take every good item you see, as you more or less always can grab any item at all times. Game is still early access and has space to improve. Good luck to the dev, i'm sure you'll do a good job.

Fun and has a lot of potential but right now feels very bare. The sound design is imo really lackluster. In particular, I think the core issue is the lack of item diversity. There are a few items that are far more powerful than the rest and winning a run without one of the is near impossible. It also means you get locked into playing the strengths of that item. Specifically the brass knuckle, angel shield, gauntlet, and loot room tentacle. Likewise with 1 or 2 perks. It feels unbalanced.
