Action RPG mixed with traditional Dungeon Crawler
Dungeon Ward belongs to a genre of single player classic rpg offline games for free but it is mixed with old-school (retro) crawl innovated by a modern3rd person perspective. Inspired by dungeons and dragons (d&d), its diablo like features are real-time combat, magic, looting, character building, questing and boss fights. No wifi needed.
Character building
It takes the best from the classic 3D RPG offline games for free (story, level up character, items, stats, skill trees, city with shops, quests, bosses etc.) to the traditional dungeon crawler setting. It takes some elements from roguelike and roguelite games especially when played on hardcore.Unique classes
Play as a mighty Warden, shapeshifting Ranger or elemental Mage. Invest talent points tolearn new skills such as spell reflection, lightning arrow or werewolf transformation.
Learn passive talents or just
increase stats to create exactly the character build you like.
Procedural hand-made levels
This Role-playing game features 3D procedural dungeons from hand-made parts withunique boss rooms, deadly traps, teleports and
story quests. It shares many aspects liked by roguelike, roguelite, dungeons and dragons (d&d) and diablo like fans, especially if you play on hardcore.
Offline play, no forced monetization
This Role playing game can be completelyplayed offline (no wifi/without internet) and
doesn't force monetization as everything is possible to buy via ingame currencies which are obtainable also by playing.
Grid-based controls, 3rd person camera

It's a great game but not personally my thing. I'm not really a fan of the tile type movement with 90° turning. The looting and leveling system were nicely done. The UI was easy to understand. The enemies worked well. I also really appreciate how this game was put together by a single person. And it has no FOMO or aggressive monitization. You can really see this game is a passion project. 1 thing I would change is the screen shake for player projectiles (Spells and arrows).

Love this game. As a guy born in 2005, i always was fascinated by old school dungeon crawlers. But could never try one because i didn't have a pc and the mobile ones are... And now i have tried this. It is phenomenal. No ads in your face, if u want more rewards, u can choose to have ads. The controls are new to me but i got used to it after losing a few characters ( cuz I'm an idiot who went hardcore from the beginning lol). It is a very good experience and i hope the game gets even more players

Here's a fun RPG. I've only gotten to level 5 and the troll cave but so far this game is very well done. I'm playing the warden. Be sure to explore everything before exiting a level. The minimap is very helpful and links to the main map. The graphics are great. Finally, an RPG that isn't gatcha or idle. I have a feeling this is going to be a keeper.
