Wanted to like it but I got into a mine pretty quickly in the game. I had to be close to finishing it. A wizard hit me with a fireball and it glitched me into the wall and the only way out was to close the game and it made me restart the entire mine from scratch. It's not fun to have to restart so much progress for something out of your control.

This is the first time I've ever stopped playing a game in order to leave a review. I've only been playing for an hour but I love this game! I've been gaming for 40+ yrs and this reminds me of Zelda+FF. It's really clever how you can "find" better graphics and music via chests. I hope this game isn't super short because I'm hoping to get a lot of hours from this and really happy there's a sequel. Well worth a purchase or Play Pass subscription

The game is fun and has a great concept but I just can't fight the controls anymore, if the game had a simple d pad like all of the old RPGs it is constantly referencing, it would be much much better. I just can't be bothered to finish this game because the controls suck.

Wanted to like it but I got into a mine pretty quickly in the game. I had to be close to finishing it.
