While game takes forever to load and my phone is fast. I don't have any other issues really. Most say it crashes..ive been playing a long time and only crashed 1 time. I completed all the districts. Wish they would add a send all button. But now I don't know what to do beside collect coins and just do the quests each time a new one starts.

I can deal with the crashes or even the freezing after using the coin vacuum. What I can't deal with is after the main loading screen, the game comes and there is a box everytime starting today saying the configuration id is empty and there is absolutely no fix to it. I came along way in this game. I uninstalled and reinstalled it and got the same message. Fix the issues or just take down the game completely. Highly unacceptable to your players. Great concept though!!!

No reason for a lot of the bad reviews, especially the ones that say "forever to load". The only time where it's too long is when the app in the background and try to start it up again. It is better to just close it and reopen, it's a lot faster. *Edit* I will say tho that the "chance" aspect is infuriating. I went an entire event now getting a certain item that was needed for it and Im suppose to get 20+ of it. Another thing, the prices and the amount of clams you have to use is substantial.

ETA: Ads are STILL not working!!! They haven't worked in weeks. Fix the ads! Temu ad, you watch the whole thing and it freezes, you get no credit. And Royal Match and TikTok are now doing twin ads where I have to watch TWO ads back to back and it still freezes and I get no credit. Get rid of the double ads. That is SUPER shady!!!! ................... Ads aren't working, it freezes and I get no credit for watching ads. Have updated app, restarted phone, all that. Freezes every time I watch an ad.

Love the game, but it's not working right now at all (since the most recent update). 1 thing I really don't like is how much some items cost. if you don't spend alot of real money, you don't get to do as many things or accumulate alot of cute/fun items. Also, they don't let you keep everything you buy during all the challenges after the events end (& some they do). I've wasted money on items I never would have if I knew in advance they would just go away.
