Hop into the sandals of a gladiator and fight for glory in epic arena battles. Now with cross-platform realtime online multiplayer 1vs1 battles!
Gladihoppers is a wacky 2d physics gladiator battle simulator where the mix of the 2d physics and regular 2d animation offers a fun and original gameplay quite unlike your average gladiator mobile game. The combat system features two different battle stances for your gladiator, each with their own directional attacks of varying power and speed that allow for more dynamic and interesting battles.
In addition to melee attacks there are also javelins to throw and over 90 items to customize your gladiator with; swords, axes, maces, shields, helmets, armor, pants, gloves and shoes.
Gladihoppers blends retro pixel art 2d sprites with 3d low poly environments to bring you a unique looking style and stunning visuals that provide an immersive gladiator experience.

- Career mode featuring various tactics and ways for you to bring your gladiator to glory

Very cool casual fighting game. 5 star material honestly, if it wasn't for one very serious issue. At seemingly random moments the game crashes... hard. It freezes the whole phone for a considerable bit. And if that happens during a fight (it often does, you spend most time in fights) - the game considers the fight lost. Grats, you've just lost a fighter you were climbing the ladder with for an hour to ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. (Xiaomi mi max 2, latest update as of writing this review)

Every now and then when you start a match you can't move at all,you can't attack,retreat from a hit,nothing,and this is infuriating,in Spartacus mode you tell a squad to go somewhere and when you select another squad the do they're own thing,and when you change formation the AI changes it to yours,so there's no use to that, please fix this and I'll change my rating, it's a really fun game but the above ruins it a bit

I love the game and all of the modes, but I think that you should add a archer to the game and could you please add double weapon option if someone does not want to use a shield and they want to do max damage. Also could you please add a few more classes and storylines to the game after beating the final boss. I would love if you were to add a mode where you can explore a 2d open world and there was a major questline where you you can go in dungeons and fight monster and other gladiators. Thanks
