2 stars for two reasons the friends I've made on here and the concept of the game. I tried it for a few months before uninstalling it and trying it again. Game lags and kicks you out constantly even after installing it multiple times not sure if it's there server but it shouldn't happen 5 times while trying to event. The event prizes aren't worth it sometimes with the amount of time you spend. Subscription only is useful for the the extra coins. HR is greedy it's ridiculous the amount for outfit

I love this game I've made life long friends and wonderful memories. Ive been playing this game for almost 2 years now and I've noticed something that really bothers me though, this game has turned into a pay to win essentially. Everything has become more expensive and is making it hard for new players to really enjoy it fully. You get the occasional good item but most of it is way too over priced and HR is becoming very greedy with money, I understand promoting but its become way too much.

I've played this game for 4 years. The newest UI update sucks. I don't even play anymore because the loading is SO SLOW. Totally not worth the update. Also as someone that's spent a significant amount of money on this game. I wish it were easier to get gold or there were better deals for packages. Their micro transactions are very expensive.
