It's a high quality tactical RPG, and a good idle RPG too, but there are a few flaws that hold it back from 5-star; the game will not flip when upsidedown, you cannot have more than one save-slot, and the ':repeat:' button leads to more menus than necessary to repeat last activity. I'd gladly give the game a perfect rating if these minor shortcomings were removed (I'd remove the ':repeat:' issue first, then save issue, then the screen flip issue).

For those who played the original Merchant, be warned that this game encourages a more active playstyle than idling. Having said that, I still enjoyed the game. The battles were fun; you had to put some thought into your strategy and not blindly spam skills. I also like having to gather recipes as loot instead of having it automatically unlocked as you level up. My only gripe is that the battles can get repetitive and grindy. Then again, I personally enjoy idling more so I might be biased.

The game has problems both technical and gameplay wise. Navigation is a nightmare. You need to swipe up to reach the extra sale slots but 9 out of 10 times it moves somewhere else. When you are in the inventory, want to check an item and go back it goes back to the main screen and you have to navigate all again. That's especially annoying since this game is about crafting and selling and there's not much else to do. I reached the limit or I could write 10x more. In the end it needs content.
