I loved this cute little arcade game! So fun. Graphics and design is top notch, UI is great, and the controls are great (though I get upset sometimes my swiping is misunderstood, but that's probably my fault for not swiping correctly)! I won as... I think Lorelei? I forgot her name, but she is adorable. Only thing is: replayability isn't there for someone who doesn't enjoy arcade type games.

Now that I've beat this game by my definition of winning, I can finally write a review. When I first started playing once upon a tower, I thought it was a cute reversal on the hapless princess in the tower trope. You're a badass princess busting your own way out. Then, it felt futile; I had assumed that the tower was never ending. How cruel, to put women through continuous obstacles with no liberation like season 2 of the handmaid's tale. Except, there is an escape! And so I made it my mission to free ALL the princesses. I can finally rest easy knowing they're all free. My only suggestion would be to have a really cool ending scene when they're all free and/or some kind of upgrades when you've escapes with a certain princess once.

Played this game nonstop the first day I downloaded it. Now, it freezes periodically, requiring a restart, only to freeze again. Will be deleting. Edit: I reinstalled the game and it works seamlessly. I am finally able to progress beyond the first 10 levels and I love it so far.

I really enjoy this game, but there are a few glitches. I made it to the last level and was facing off with the dragon when i git kicked off:scream: Noooo! I restarted and was on level 8 dropping down to level 9 it froze for a bit, but still let me play. As I got to level 10 halfway in the level it glitched and my princess got stuck midair. Everything was still moving, but me. :persevere: Whoever's in charge please fix it, I want to see what happens when she beats the Dragon :blush:

I really enjoy playing this game! It's relaxing (except for the creepy spiders and attacking boars) but it doesn't need a whole lot of thinking. There's quests and some of them are actually really hard to get to but you can advance until you finish all the quests for that level (I've been stuck on quest 10 for like 3 weeks rip)

I loved this cute little arcade game! So fun.
