* Get RetroArch Plus, also available for free on the Play Store (this supports up to 127 cores). This version requires Android 8.0 or higher.
* Get RetroArch from our website (www.retroarch.com) and download the APK and install it. This version has the Core Downloader and is considered the 'full-fat' version.

Hard to navigate the UI, dependent on "Cores" as it's emulators. those two points are completely negligible when you consider the many, many, many features (UI is hard to navigate because of this lol). still very lightweight, and one control scheme for every emulator? also works between different systems? there's so much good here. also, it's free! :sweat_smile::ok_hand:

While I feel like the app could use some better documentation on how some cores need your files to be named, that's the only real hangup I encountered. After sorting out the menus, everything I tried was up and running, with one exception: I wasn't able to run the randomizers I tried. It looks like the Android version lacks the needed cores for net communication, so it may not be an option. Other than that, it does what it is *supposed* to with the content provided.

Best app for using emulators up to the DS generation, it has emulators considered to be the most accurate and with more options, including Mgba, Mesen, Sameboy, MelonDS DS, and other emulators that are only available on Android as LibRetro cores. It also has unique features like better input-lag than using the original hardware, a huge list of filters, rewinding, etc. It still needs polishing the cheat system, and has a learning-curve to use all its functions, try xmb menu style + controller
